Communication Panel is the Contact Center's web-based application for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

Communication Panel is the Contact Center's web-based application for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

- User Menu
  User Menu provides access to the following functions:
- Simultaneous Conversations
- Searching
  You may need to search different items in various views, such as queues, picklist, history, and directory entries in various views.
- Notifications
- Extension Area
  Extension area is a side panel that can be utilized when you have an active conversation in the main window. The area can contain certain features of Communication Panel and also third-party web applications.

Notifications

The notifications field displays operational messages.

Info notifications are displayed for 10 seconds.
Higher level notifications are displayed until you acknowledge them by clicking the x in the end.
