Save Personal Table Settings

You can save the personal table settings in the Queues, Directory, Picklist and History views.

When you have adjusted the appearance with the Sort and Filter functions, you can save your view, separately for each of these views. The saved view is used until you reset it. (This returns to the application default settings.)

1. Click the Table Settings button.

   Your current selections in the Sort and Filter functions are listed.

2. Do one of the following:

   • To save the view settings, choose the Save button.

   • To remove the current view settings, choose the Reset button.

   • To cancel changing table settings, choose the Cancel button.
