Viewing Daily Statistics in Dashboard
If the Dashboard tab page is not shown, make sure you have sufficient rights.
You use this procedure to view the contact statistics of the current day.
- To view the daily statistics, click the Dashboard tab in the contact center view.
For descriptions about the view’s statistics, see Dashboard Statistics Description.
- To update the statistics information view, click the Refresh button or choose an update interval in the setting Refresh Dashboard in .
