Create Template Objects

Installing
When the prerequisite software has been installed, Sinch Contact Pro software packages can be installed with the IA tool.
- Installing Infrastructure Administrator (IA)

Create Template Objects

To create the template objects needed for creating tenant-specific reporting objects:

Start the command prompt in administrative mode to see progress and logs. Execute file CreateVersionImportFiles.bat.
This creates files 10.0.2203.1_import.properties and 10.0.2203.1_ImportTemplateBiar.bat (if the version is 10.0.2203.1) in the Biar_Files folder.
Move to the Biar_Files folder on the command line and execute file 10.0.2203.1_ImportTemplateBiar.bat. When prompted about continuing, answer Y. The run will take a few minutes to finish.
Wait until the installation ends and press Enter to close the command prompt.
This creates template objects into BO. You can identify them in CMC by their names that begin with $Tenant$.
