Integration to ServiceNow

Communication Panel can be embedded in to ServiceNow.

The embedded solution in the ServiceNow application provides following features:

  • Incoming call, customer identification by the caller's telephone number

  • Incoming live chat, customer identification by the customer's email address given in the chat

  • Click-to-call functionality for an outbound call

  • All the standard functionalities provided by Communication Panel as standalone application are also available when Communication Panel is embedded inside the ServiceNow portal.
