Sign In / Sign Out

To open the application, you need to navigate to an address provided by your administrator. Then you can sign in with a username and password, or you can be signed-in automatically with a certificate.

1. Navigate to the address provided.
2. Sign in with your username and password:
   1. Enter the username and password.
   2. Click the Sign In button, or press Enter.

   You'll see a banner message at the top right of the view related to your softphone's status.

   

   The system will let you know when your softphone is ready and you can start handling calls.

   

To sign out, click the User Menu > Sign Out button.
