Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency Signaling (DTMF) support
For calls that have Media Routing Server (MRS ) connected, RFC2833 DTMF is supported. For calls that do not have MRS connected, outbound SIP INFO DTMF is supported.
MRS connected refers to a configuration where the RTP stream flows through an MRS.
MRS can be connected by:
- Enabling server-side recording
- Configuring NAT that defines MRS use
