The Contact Pro mobile app is launched as an open beta in Q2, offering an alternative user experience designed for efficient chat communication on the go.

Key details:

  • Handle simultaneous chat conversations across all supported chat subtypes. Share images from your camera or gallery and add documents as attachments.

  • Use auto-allocation or let users pick conversations from the Picklist.

  • Mobile app synchronizes your Ready/Not ready status, profile, and queue assignments with Communication Panel and Dashboard.

  • Easily access previous conversations for a more complete chat overview.

  • The open beta is based on release 25Q2 and for iOS based devices (iPhone in 25Q2). Further updates will follow.
