Voicemails

There are two built-in options for accessing voicemail in Sinch Contact Pro. Your administrator has set up one of these options:

  • Voicemails are automatically allocated or you pick them as tasks. You can listen to the voicemail message directly on the task and, for example mark it as pending or handled, or tranfer the task.

  • Voicemails arrive in a voicemail box that you can call to listen to voicemail messages.
