Mobile device administration

In this view, you can see a list of users' devices registered for the mobile app. You can also block and delete devices. The system only allows each user to have a maximum of three registered devices.

You must have Manage rights to User's Devices.

Column Description
ID User's ID in Sinch Contact Pro
User's name User's full name
Identifier The device's ID in Sinch Contact Pro
Push notification ID SNS ID of the device used only by Sinch
Model name The model of the device or third-party application name
OS version The operating system version of the device or the third-party application version
Device status The current status of the device
Created The date and time when the user successfully linked the mobile app device to the system
Last app login The date and time when the app last logged in on this device
Blocked If the user is blocked from using the app

Blocking means the user can't access the app with this device. This can be useful, for example, if the user misplaces their device. To block a user, select their row in the table and click Block above the table. You can return the user's access by clicking Unblock.

Push notifications Shows if the Simple Notification Service (SNS) is active for this device
Status The status of the device in Sinch Contact Pro

If the device has been deleted, you'll see status Deleted until the batch job server run deletes the device from the system.

To delete a user, select their row in the table and click Delete above the table.You can't undo a deletion. The user can reinstall the app on the same device.
