Mobile device administration
In this view, you can see a list of users' devices registered for the mobile app. You can also block and delete devices. The system only allows each user to have a maximum of three registered devices.
You must have Manage rights to User's Devices.
Buttons above the table:
- Open: Opens the user's information
- Block/Unblock: Blocking means the user can't access the app with this device. This can be useful, for example, if the user misplaces their device. See column Blocked in the table below.
- Delete: Deleting means removing the device from the system and user. This can be useful, for example, if the user has replaced their device or they've left the company. See column Status in the table below.

Created | The date and time when the user successfully linked the mobile app device to the system |
Last app login | The date and time when the app last logged in on this device |
Blocked | If the user is blocked from using the app Blocking means the user can't access the app with this device. This can be useful, for example, if the user misplaces their device. To block a user, select their row in the table and click Block above the table. You can return the user's access by clicking Unblock. |

Status | The status of the device in Sinch Contact Pro Deleting means removing the device from the system and user. This can be useful, for example, if the user has replaced their device or they've left the company. If the device has been deleted, you'll see status Deleted until the system deletes the device from the system. To delete a user, select their row in the table and click Delete above the table. You can't undo a deletion. The user can reinstall the app on the same or an alternative device. Note: A user
can have a maximum of three registered devices. |
