Setobcallresult Element

The variable element setobcallresult is used with Queue Dialer Predictive Outbound campaign calls. Your IVR can have many setobcallresult elements defined and the executed element goes into effect. For example, you have a call result set at the beginning of an IVR flow and another call result element according to any action. The latter overrides the first one.

Call Result Value

Choose the call result.

You can define call result either with Call Result Value or Call Result Expression. It is mandatory to choose one.

Call Result Expression

Enter a Python expression for evaluating the string that defines the Call Result Value. You can use a ready-made expression, or part of it, from the list or enter the expression in the field.

Call Result Classification

Define the classifier value for the Outbound campaign call as a Python expression

Dialing Mode

Choose the dialing mode. The options are PREVIEW, which is the default value, and PREDICTIVE.

Instant Redial

If the call result is REDIAL, you can select Instant Redial. This means that the redial is done immediately.

Redial Time

If the call result is REDIAL, you can enter redial time as a Python expression. For example, '+600' is 600 seconds. This means that the redial will be made after 600 seconds of the current call.

Redial Agent

If the call result is REDIAL, you can enter the GUID of the agent used as the preferred agent in the redialed call. If the agent is set, the redial is done in the PREVIEW mode.
