Using Basic Functions in History View

Use the contact history view in the following ways:

Calls and Recordings

  1. To make an outbound call, choose an item on the list and click the Call button.

  2. To move a phone number of a contact to the destination field, press Ctrl and double-click the contact item.

  3. To listen to recorded calls that have been recorded by using the server-side recording method, choose the recorded call and click the Listen icon.

    Note:

If you do not have rights to listen to recordings, the Rec. column is empty.

Use the player with standard media player controls and symbols for listening the recording as well as adjusting its volume. The configured audio settings do not affect this integrated media player module.

If the logging is enabled, the logging view opens when you start listening to the recording. Added in SP04.
