Using Templates

If administrators have defined that the queue in which you are serving contains templates, you can use them in your replies (for example “Hi {CUSTOMERNAME}, how can I help you?” in which {CUSTOMERNAME} is automatically replaced with actual data if possible).

  1. Click the Templates button.

    The template list view opens.

  2. Choose the template and click Apply.

    The text is moved into the input field.

    You can also double-click the template text and it is moved directly to the input field.

  3. Click Send.
