Forwarding Chat Messages

To forward an active chat message, do the following:

1. Click the Forward button.

   A dialog window opens and displays the chat queues in the system.

2. Choose the correct chat queue and click the To button.

   The chat queue is added as a recipient.

3. Click OK.

   When another agent accepts the chat request, the earlier chat discussion is displayed in gray.
