Accepting Chat Requests

  1. Log on to a chat queue

    Serving in chat queues happens in the same way as with phone and e-mail queues. You only need an e-mail address and rights to serve in a chat queue. Note that chat queues are always in the auto-allocation mode.

  2. When an inbound chat request is displayed in the contact list with either as a new chat request or a transferred chat request, click the Accept button.

    The message is displayed on the Chat tab page and the view is activated.
