Configuring S3 Storage Folders
In the S3 assignment block, Sinch configures the storage for chat and email attachments and call recordings for the cloud customers.
Note: If you change the saved values, Agent Server
must be restarted for the changes to take effect.

Configure the settings according to the following table.
Field Description Save Recording Files in S3
To start storing call recordings in S3, select this option. Bucket Name
Enter the name for the bucket. AWS Region
Enter the region where the service is used. Root Folder for Chat Attachments
Enter the folder where the chat attcahments are stored. Root Folder for Email Attachments
Enter the folder where the email attachments are stored. Root Folder for Recordings
Enter the folder where the recordings are stored. -
Save your entries.
