  It's possible to record calls in Sinch Contact Pro. Recording can happen automatically, either with or without the agent knowing, or starting the recording can be left to the users. Recording can be defined on different levels: for users or queues.

  You use this procedure to configure Inteliquent credentials, emergency numbers, and notification numbers and addresses.

Configuring Conference Settings

You must have Create or Modify rights to Extension.
You must have rights to view built-in IVRs.

Note:

These settings are not related to three-way conference made from a consultation call but to a large conference with several participants. Such a conference is not supported in Sinch Contact Pro (cloud).

You use this procedure to define the conference IVR number.

On the System Configurator main screen, choose System Services > Conference Settings.
Choose Number Viewer.
Note: Make sure you don't use any national emergency number as an IVR, a user, or a queue number.
Check free built-in IVR numbers using the Number Viewer tool and choose one for the conference IVR.
Save your entries.
