Adding Remarks

  1. To add notes to the e-mail, click the Remarks button.

    This is useful when you forward the e-mail to your colleague and want to add some additional text to the e-mail without using the body text area of the e-mail. Your notes are viewed only by other agents; they are not send with the reply to the customer.

  2. To change the size of the notes, click the Remarks button. (Changed in SP04)
  3. To hide the note, press Esc.
