Using Templates

  1. Click the Templates button.

    The Templates dialog window opens and displays the available templates.

  2. Choose a folder by double-clicking it and then insert a template into the e-mail message by clicking the template row.
  3. Click Apply.

    The template can contain subject text, body text, attachment files, and items (for example {USEREMAIL}) that are replaced with actual data from the e-mail or user data.
