Social Channels 365

SAP Social Channels 365 is a deprecated product.

These settings do not apply to Sinch Contact Pro cloud.

  1. Set up your Social Channels 365 account.

    The account in Social Channels 365 is called a hub account. You will receive a notification containing a username, an account ID and a password. The account ID is used in a queue address.

    You need the callback URL (http[s]://cctrusername:password@smsserverlocalhttpserverip:port/messaging/social365/all) from the contact center .

  2. Configure Messaging Services.

  3. Configure the queue address and other queue settings.

    The queue address is of format [account ID]@[subchannel].[service] or [phone number in international format]@[subchannel].[service]. For example:
