Sinch WhatsApp Business API
You can integrate Sinch WhatsApp Business API (formerly Wavy WhatsApp) as a messaging service.
Wavy WhatsApp integration is being discontinued and is not in maintenance mode. Services are being migrated to the Sinch Conversation API.
Only text based messages and rich content are supported. This means that you can't use WhatsApp opt-in and WhatsApp templates.

Set up your Sinch WhatsApp Business API account.
You will receive a notification containing a username, an accout ID and a password. The account ID is used in a queue address.
You need the callback URL (http[s]:// cctrusername:password@smsserverlocalhttpserverip:port/messaging/wavy/all) from the contact center.

Configure a messaging service type wavy.

Configure the queue address and other queue settings.
The queue address is of format [subaccount ID]@wavy.global or [phone number in international format]@wavy.global. For example:
