Sinch WhatsApp Business API
You can integrate Sinch WhatsApp Business API (formerly Wavy WhatsApp) as a messaging service.
Only text based messages and rich content are supported. This means that you can't use WhatsApp opt-in and WhatsApp templates.

          Set up your Sinch WhatsApp Business API account. You will receive a notification containing a username, an accout ID and a password. The account ID is used in a queue address. You need the callback URL (http[s]:// cctrusername:password@smsserverlocalhttpserverip:port/messaging/wavy/all) from the contact center.

          Configure a messaging service type wavy.

          Configure the queue address and other queue settings. The queue address is of format [subaccount ID]@wavy.global or [phone number in international format]@wavy.global. For example: +358401234567@wavy.global
