Adding queues to queue groups

You must have rights to modify the queue or to create queues. You also need rights to manage members of the queue group.

You use this procedure to add queues to queue groups.

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose Queue Management > Queues.
  2. Search for the queue whose settings you want to configure.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Choose the queue by double-clicking it.
  4. Choose Queue Groups.
  5. Choose Add.

    A dialog box opens and you can search for the queues you want to add to the group.

  6. Click the queues you want to include in the queue group and choose Add.

    You can add multiple queues to the group by holding down Ctrl and simultaneously clicking the queue names.

  7. Choose Close and save your entries.
