Transferring Calls and Having Conferences in OB Call Campaigns

Administrator has allowed transferring and conference, and defined a call transfer list for the campaign.

You can transfer campaign calls to, and have conferences with those people who are in call transfer lists of the campaign, only.

  1. Choose the Call Transfer Lists pull-down list
  2. Choose from the list the name you want to transfer the call to, or have a conference with.
  3. To transfer the call, choose the Transfer button; to start a conference, choose the Conference button.
  4. To end the conference call, choose the Hang Up button. The transferred call is ended as a campaign call when the person whom the call was transferred to answers the call.
  5. Wrap-up the call.
