Defining reporting settings

You must have rights to create users or to modify the user’s settings. You also need rights to view reporting specifications and reporting groups.

You use this procedure to define which reporting group the user belongs to and which attributes are used in reporting.

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose User and Role Management > Users.
  2. Search for the user whose reporting-related settings you want to configure.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Choose the user by double-clicking it.
  4. Choose which attribute you want to use for the user in reports.
  5. Choose the group to which the user is included in reports.
  6. Save your entries.
