Defining skill levels

You must have rights to create users or to modify the user’s settings.

You use this procedure to define skill levels for users.

For information about how to create new skills, see Managing Skills.

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose User and Role Management > Users.
  2. Search for the user whose skill levels you want to define.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Choose the user by double-clicking it.
  4. Choose Skills.
  5. Enter the skill name into the Skill Name field, or disable the Show Only User's Skills option to display all the skills in the system.
  6. Choose the appropriate skills and define the level.

    The skills level scale is from 0 (no skills) to 5 (expert).

  7. Save your entries.
