Defining Advanced Attributes

You must have rights to modify the user’s settings.

You use this procedure to define values for such attributes that are used for reporting and monitoring purposes. When users that have special attributes are migrated to the contact center system, the Reporting Specifications define which values are imported for these attributes.

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose User and Role Management > Users.
  2. Search for the user whose settings you want to configure.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Choose the user by double-clicking it.
  4. Choose Advanced Attributes.
  5. Choose the item you want to include in reporting and enter the value for it.
  6. Choose the language.
  7. Save your entries.
